Tour Payment: A deposit of 25% of the tour price is required at the time of booking to secure confirmation *
The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. Please note that group bookings of 10 passengers or more are subject to different conditions.

Passports And Visas: The onus is upon the client to ensure that passports and visas, as may be required, are valid.

Health: Anti-malaria precautions should be commenced before Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, Komatipoort. Swaziland and Victoria Falls departures.

Cancellation of Confirmed Reservations: Cancellations received more than 8 weeks prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the per person tour price* Cancellations received between 8 weeks and
4 weeks prior to departure are subject to a fee of 25% of the per person tour price * Cancellations received within the 4-week period are subject to forfeiture of the entire tour price.
